All welds: grind flush after cooling. No visible spatter. Post-weld treatment required before finishing.

2.3 Tensioning
Each strap tensioned to 120 N ± 10 N before stapling. Seat must not sag more than 15 mm under 100 kg point load. Backrest straps must not bow outward more than 10 mm from the plane of the back posts.
